REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:

>> All hats are made to order so I am unable to offer refunds/exchanges. However, if your hat arrives damaged or defective please message me within 5 days of receiving it so we can come up with a solution to make it right. Any cancellations or changes to an order MUST be made within 2 hours of purchase to guarantee the request. 

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

>> Use warm water and dish soap and clean spots off your hat. It's not necessary to soak the whole item. For hard to clean spots use a soft bristled brush.
