Frequently Asked Questions

How do I reach out about order questions? Please email support@chelsandry.com with any questions you have about your order. Be sure to provide your order number so I can look it up as soon as I get your email. You will receive a response within 48 hours.

How long do orders take to ship? Please check the description of the item(s) you are ordering for the turn around time. Apparel items are currently being made to order, so the turn around time is 2-5 business days. This does not include weekends or holidays. All digital products are sent to you immediately after payment is received. Read our full shipping details here.

Can I change/cancel my order? Cancellations on apparel items MUST be made within 4 hours after order is placed. This will ensure that your item has not gone into production and adjustments can be made. After the 4 hours, I cannot guarantee any changes or cancellations and no refund will be given. All digital products are final sale and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

How do I return an item? Since all apparel is made to order with my production company, orders cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email me as soon as possible so we can discuss your options! Read our full return policies here.

How does sizing run? Graphic tees will be unisex fit and run true to size unless otherwise stated in the description of the item.
